Frequently asked questions

Do you offer both hair and makeup for wedding parties?

Yes. I offer both hair and makeup services. Depending on the size of the wedding party, I may bring additional help.

What size wedding party can you accommodate?

The short answer is, there is no limit. When I go into contract with a bride, I ask for a general idea of how many in the wedding party will be participating in hair and/or makeup services. That way, I can contract out help far enough in advance, if need be.

*I carefully hand-pick my ‘team.’ I only work with trustworthy industry professionals who have not only the required skills to provide superior service on your wedding day, but also a positive and professional demeanor.

How do I book?

The best way to initiate the booking process is to email me with as much detail about your wedding day as possible (i.e., wedding date, venue, number in wedding party, etc.) I will let you know if I am available on your wedding date and send you some additional information. Visit the contact page to start the conversation!

What is the booking fee?

There is a $125 non-refundable booking fee required to hold your date. Please note: This fee does not apply toward the final balance.

Is there a travel fee?

There is a $100 travel fee within a 20-mile radius of Green Island, NY (12183 zip code). There is an additional $0.66 per mile beyond that.

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, Venmo and credit card. Checks are not accepted.

*Please be advised that there is an additional 4% fee assessed on all credit card purchases.

What products do you use?

There’s no one answer to this one! I use products across all lines, depending on what works best with your hair and/or skin type. During your trial appointment, we will very thoroughly go through the products we are using and the benefits they will provide to your hair/skin for your special day!

How should I come prepared to my trial appointment?

Please arrive to your trial appointment with clean, dry hair and a clean face.

*Wet hair will require a blowout prior to styling and will be an additional charge.

What can I expect the day of my wedding?

The week prior to your wedding, I will reach out to you directly either by phone, text, or email. We will solidify the day of plans and timing and also confirm the arrival and departure time of the beauty team. I typically arrive to the ‘getting ready’ location 10-15 minutes prior to the ‘start’ time to heat up tools, set up makeup, etc.

*Final payments are requested at the time of the beauty team’s arrival in order to prevent any delays for the bride/wedding party upon the beauty team’s departure.
